No, the construction of Akuna Vista in Nirimba Fields will be staged. Stages 1 – 6 have already registered. The remaining stages are anticipated to be developed over the next 5 years.

Akuna Vista in Nirimba Fields is a masterplanned community with over 60 hectares of greenspace including a District Park with multi-use courts and fields, 3 local parks, cycleways, open space and a nature corridor - offering play equipment for all ages, outdoor exercise equipment, as well as associated facilities to support local sporting clubs. Yes, Nirimba Fields Public School K-6 is currently under construction and is forecast for completion in 2026, and will include an onsite pre-school. A purpose built temporary Primary School is currently located at Akuna Vista in Nirimba Fields and services the local community for years K-6. Nirimba Fields streetscape works have commenced

We are excited to confirm we have appointed Perfection Landscape Services to carry out important works to improve the neighbourhood in 2026, including the planting of more than 600 new street trees and laying of over 2km of footpaths. New street trees and footpaths form an integral part of the long-term delivery of DHA’s Nirimba Fields neighbourhood, helping to create a greener and more walkable and connected community.
