Will all the land be developed at the same time?

No, the construction of Akuna Vista in Nirimba Fields will be staged. Stages 1 – 6 have already registered. The remaining stages are anticipated to be developed over the next 5 years.

What is the recreational amenity at Nirimba Fields?

Akuna Vista in Nirimba Fields is a masterplanned community with over 60 hectares of greenspace including a District Park with multi-use courts and fields, 3 local parks, cycleways, open space and a nature corridor - offering play equipment for all ages, outdoor exercise equipment, as well as associated facilities to support local sporting clubs. Will there be a primary school located within the community?

Yes, Nirimba Fields Public School K-6 is currently under construction and is forecast for completion in 2026, and will include an onsite pre-school. A purpose built temporary Primary School is currently located at Akuna Vista in Nirimba Fields and services the local community for years K-6. Yes, all land lots at Akuna Vista in Nirimba Fields are cleared of trees to allow for an easy building platform, however; to ensure it remains a sustainable community, DHA provide street trees to all roads and parks, for a continuous canopy for wildlife to remain in the area, and to provide shading and a desirable neighbourhood streetscape.
